Sleep clinic software, from referral to resupply.
Sleep clinic software is the system a sleep clinic uses to run its patients, equipment and billing in one place: norvelle takes the referral, registers the patient with their coverage, records the equipment that goes home, splits the invoice between the funder, the insurer and the patient, and bills the resupply that follows.
The path through the clinic
Four steps, one record.
The first invoice
The funder, the insurer and the patient, on one invoice.
Ontario's Assistive Devices Program (ADP), the provincial programme that funds respiratory equipment, is one payer among several, and a private insurer is another. The invoice stays at full price and each payer's share comes off it.
- A coverage rule is a percentage of a named base, such as the programme's approved price, or a fixed amount.
- One invoice can carry more than one payer, ranked primary, secondary and tertiary on the chart.
- The patient's share is what is left, and it is never stored as a discount line.
- Each payer's share is tracked from approved to submitted, paid, denied or written off.
- A payer's share can be billed as its own invoice, so it ages separately from the patient's.
Each programme sets its own rules: see funding programmes and payer billing.

At group level
One clinic or several, read the same way.
The clinic owner sees the same numbers an operator asks for, calculated live.
- Revenue split between new setups and resupply, by clinic and by staff member.
- Receivables across seven aging buckets, with a collections worklist that builds itself.
- Compare up to twelve clinics side by side, or read them all at once.
- Every report exports to Excel, or arrives by email on a schedule you set.
Groups run several brands this way: see multi-location clinic software for clinic groups.
